Ayla Allen, Homeowner Relations Manager

Ayla began her journey in the hospitality industry over a decade ago after receiving her Business Management degree from Northern Arizona University. Born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, her passion for the outdoors started very young with ski trips, hiking adventures, and camping trips with her three sisters. Ayla’s love for the mountains brought her to Jackson Hole in early 2012, where she managed the Catering and Conference Services at Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge. In 2016, Ayla accepted the position as Groups and Events Manager at Amangiri, a luxury boutique property located in Southern Utah. After 3.5 years spent developing and expanding the department, Ayla helped to oversee the development and grand opening of Camp Sarika, a new Aman luxury, tented retreat on property.

There may be beauty in the high desert, but there is magic in the Tetons. Always knowing she would return to the Teton Valley, Ayla made it happen after four years with Amangiri and a short stint in Bend, Oregon at Tetherow Resort. She joins the team as a Homeowner Relations Liaison and thrilled to be back in the luxury hospitality industry.

Nick Dorr, Homeowner Relations Liaison

Originally from Massachusetts, Nick began traveling after his studies at the University of Massachusetts and the University of Vermont.  After a few short years of driving back and forth across the lower 48, he found his home in Jackson Hole. If it can be done in the great outdoors, you’ll find Nick giving it a shot, but his passion is early morning tours, stomping big-airs, and dropping-in on the epic terrain across northeastern Wyoming.

Geoffrey Sharp, Homeowner Relations Liaison

Geoff was born and raised in Chappaqua, New York and graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Management. He left the East Coast to fulfill his goal of exploring the American West, particularly the Rockies and the various ski towns where he might like to settle down. His first stop that faithful October of 1999 was Jackson Hole, and with its unique geography, wildlife, and culture, it quickly became clear he might visit the rest of those towns but had already found home.

Before joining the Clear Creek Group, Geoff began his career in the hospitality industry working in Teton Village as a Front Desk Agent for Jackson Hole Resort Lodging and as a Bellman at the Amangani Resort. He then switched gears to promoting Jackson Hole and the wonders of the region, while working as the Director of Sales for a local media company that offers a premier guest directory, travel guide, and web site.

Geoff has a passion for many of the outdoor activities Jackson has to offer, exploring the surrounding mountains on skis during the winter months and hiking, biking, and paragliding in the summers to name a few. As much as he enjoys living in Jackson he has never lost his wanderlust or his love of the ocean. Whenever possible, you will find him on a sailboat, scuba diving or just playing in the waves. He has been lucky to travel far and wide and hopes to continue doing so with the ultimate goal of seeing as much of the world as possible.
