Located in downtown Jackson, just a block from the town’s square, this two-bedroom-suite condominium is proximate to all of downtown’s amenities, but far enough away to escape its hustle and bustle. Residing in such a centralized location also means adventures are relatively close, including Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Grand Teton National Park, both about 12 miles away. For those looking to remain closer to their home base, Snow King Mountain, a locals-favorite ski area in winter, a hiker’s and biker’s paradise in summer, and home to a new scenic gondola that offers amazing views of the Tetons, is a walkable six blocks away. From Pied A Terre 201, everything is a possibility. Spend your days enjoying Jackson Hole’s amazing landscape, then return home to relax before walking to dinner, après ski, a gallery opening, or a concert at the Center for the Arts.
As much as there is to do just outside Pied A Terre 201’s front door, you’ll find the condominium’s interiors peaceful, with a cozy-chic vibe. The property is comprised of two king bedrooms, each with east-facing windows that make the most of the morning sun. Both have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The condominium’s main, public space is an open kitchen-dining-living area. Running east-west, this space has reclaimed barn wood floors, a wall of south-facing windows, and it is anchored at either end by a sitting area. The western sitting area offers a library, board games, and a TV; the eastern sitting area is set into a corner of windows—a perfect spot for an apres-ski or post-hike cocktail. Between these are a gas fireplace and a dining table that seats six. The kitchen has Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and an island with seating for three. Additionally, the condominium includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a thoughtfully located powder room.
